Assessment It’s easy for CHT to assess your home buying potential.  All we need are the following items: Completed Personal Profile - click either to download (pdf)  (doc) Copy of most recent pay stubs to cover one month A copy of recent credit report (including credit score) or CHT can obtain one for you. It costs $9.26 for an individual or $18.52 for a joint credit report (cash or check) Copy of most recent Federal Income Tax Return with W2(s) Please note- CHT assumes no responsibility for any original document(s), if submitted. Once CHT receives your information we will assess whether you are ready to purchase and what price house you can afford to buy. We will look at a variety of different loan programs and assess which ones work for you.  If there are credit issues she will tell you what you can do to resolve them. A follow up meeting in person or via telephone will be held to review all of the information.
